We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting & Operations Specialist. This role is essential in supporting systems and processes across our financial and administrative operations. You’ll work as a part of our accounting & administrative team, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, optimizing processes, and maintaining standards across multiple areas of the business. A strong focus on organization, accuracy, and process management is key.
Responsibilities
- Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), including processing incoming payments and managing past-due accounts.
- Prepare monthly billing, credit card statement packets, bank deposits, and journal entries for revenue recognition.
- Manage business insurance renewals, state compliance, and operational licensing.
- Assist with contract processing for the sales team, ensuring accurate financial documentation.
- Complete general accounting-related activities.
- Launch advertising campaigns ensuring contract deliverables are met.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or business administration/operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage financial transactions with accuracy.
- Experience with AP/AR, revenue recognition, and business compliance processes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Job Details:
- This full-time position is based in Temecula, California.
- We determine compensation by looking at market benchmarks and taking into account role, background, skills, and experience to place employees within a fair market range. For this position, the salary range starts with a base of $50K – $75K annually.
